Excellent Maintenance Team & Friendly Community
I’ve had a great experience living here, and I especially want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. They are always ... attentive, professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property well maintained, and they’re always friendly and respectful when interacting with residents. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the team has handled it efficiently and with a positive attitude, which makes a big difference. It’s reassuring to know that if something comes up, there’s a reliable team ready to help. Overall, the community is well kept and the staff contributes a lot to making it a comfortable place to live. Am amazing place in Downtown
I lived at the Residences for nearly six years prior to moving out, and it was such an easy time living there. The floor ... to ceiling windows made the apartment feel large and luxurious, especially with the view I had. The staff is incredible, Alyssa and the maintenance crew (shoutout to Julio) are extremely friendly and accommodating, and always willing to help out. Location wise it's great, less than a 10 minute walk to the Palace Theatre, nice food, and being on Elm Street, all the fun events the city holds. The parking structure made winter living easy, since I would not have to worry about having to dig the car out of the snow. During summer it was nice having a cool car to get inside of.
